The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) recently announced that the agency is seeking proposals from local governments and non-governmental organizations that will help reduce stormwater runoff in targeted areas. Funding will be awarded to the most effective projects through the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Trust Fund.
The application materials are available at http://dnr2.maryland.gov/ccs/Pages/funding/trust-fund_grants.aspx. Applicants must submit a letter of intent by Jan. 15 and full proposals by March 31.
