A recent Maritime Summit brought together more than 100 Annapolis area maritime and marine businesses. The summit, along with a new marketing brand and toolkit, offered an opportunity to showcase local business as part of Annapolis’ marine and maritime industries.
The Maritime Summit was funded by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) Working Waterfronts Enhancement Grant.
Mayor Pantelides kicked off the Maritime Summit, followed by remarks by Secretary Belton and Annapolis’ Economic Development Manager Hollis Minor.
Frank DiVenti from Visit Annapolis and Anne Arundel County made a presentation and the summit ended with a Q&A session followed by networking.
