Restaurants and chefs from around Hampton Roads will gather to compete for the title of “Best She Crab Soup” at the East Coast She Crab Soup Classic April 9 at the 24th Street Park along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Guests are invited to sample an entry from each of 22 competing restaurants. Based on tastings, there are two categories for best recipe winners; People’s Choice Awards and Critic’s Choice Awards.
Spaces are limited. Advance tickets are $15 (plus a $1 service fee) through all Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets may also be purchased (cash or check only) from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Visitor information Center (2100 Parks Ave.).
